Educator Trek prioritizes partnering with schools who are committed to hiring and supporting new BIPOC teachers in new ways. As a teacher staffing and credentialing support agency, we focus on working with BIPOC individuals who are interested in teaching in local public schools long-term. We work with them to find the most financially-viable route into the classroom with a focus on long-term retention. We will creatively leverage alternative credentialing routes to guide teacher candidates on their credentialing journey.
