Educator Trek prioritizes partnering with schools who are committed to hiring and supporting new BIPOC teachers in new ways. As a teacher staffing and credentialing support agency, we focus on working with BIPOC individuals who are interested in teaching in local public schools long-term. We work with them to find the most financially-viable route into the classroom with a focus on long-term retention. We will creatively leverage alternative credentialing routes to guide teacher candidates on their credentialing journey.

We support new teachers recently hired at your school site with their credentialing process. We provide ongoing coaching and resources all year to ensure teachers reach their next credentialing level in a timely manner.
